Each summer for 18 days in July, the NBA hosts their summer league. Most of the time the “stars” do not participate in the summer league, but it does provide great game opportunities for some of the youngsters getting started in the league. We will preview one of the leagues, and when the others conclude we will give you an update of them, as well. |

As training camp approaches for the US Men’s Olympic Basketball team, the question still remains - Can this years team restore the prominence of basketball for the United States? On Monday, the United States 12 man team will meet at the Thomas and Mack Center, on the campus of University of Nevada, Las Vegas to begin their four-day training camp. |

What an off-season it’s been for the National Basketball Association! A great amount of free agent signings have been made, some have changed faces of franchises, where as others have solidified a teams attempt to contend. Good luck contending with Boston, as they look to be the team to beat again in 2009, but a nice free agent class may be all it takes to be the next Champ!
