Turn your radio on put it on a hip-hop station, listen for 10-20 minutes, listen to the lyrics of the few songs that are played during that period, and then think, and then try to see what the difference is between those songs. 1st thing that came to your mind is of course the beat. Unfortunately in now days mostly in mainstream hip-hop that IS the only difference between 90% of the songs. The whole concept of hip-hop has disappeared from our radio waves, and TV stations. All the real rappers, staying true to the art we call rap, are in the shadows of what have turned into Hip POP artists.

What is even more sickening is that, these artists are role models, and millions of kids, and young people look up to them, and try to be like them. These artists have the power to control the decisions made by millions, yet they still want to talk about how much money they make, how many girls they had sex with, how many kinds of drugs they've been on, how drunk they get over the most expensive liquor, and how many people they'll shoot up. Misleading the young minds into wrongful thoughts and things, that will lead to some of them to even end up making choices that will cost them their lives. Yet they claim that they stay "true", or "keep it real" or do it for "their people". Then you listen to their tracks on their album and they're nothing but sellouts.

How much longer are we gonna listen to a bunch of sellouts? How much longer will the lies go on for? How much longer are we going to ignore the hypocracy? How much longer are we gonna accept this garbage music?
