It's official. Mike D'Antoni is going to be the head coach for the New York Knicks in the next season and in at least three more seasons after that. This is a development that basketball analysis had half-expected but still, it had left them half-surprised. It is not a secret that the New York Knicks needs a big boost in their games. They are one of the best paid teams in the league and yet, they are failing to deliver their salary's worth. |

Boston has lost two in a row in their playoffs series against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Celtics finished as the top-seeded team in the East. Now they are up against the fourth seed Cleveland and they can't seem to get their game going. They are headed back home for Game 5 but even that can't assure them of beating the Cavs for good. |

LeBron James is the main man for the Cleveland Cavaliers. He, of the entire line-up of players the team has, had seemed to have single-handedly brought the Cavs into the playoffs series – the ultimate destination of every team in the league.
But looking at his performance in the playoffs, including the first two games against the Celtics, basketball fans are wondering why his regular season prowess seemed to have been on and off during the playoffs. Where is LeBron James? Is he really an overrated player? A little flashback on LeBron’s performance is needed to answer this question. |

After two games, the Los Angeles Lakers are red hot. They are getting the most out of their opponent Utah Jazz, leaving the latter desperate for their first win in this series. The Los Angeles Lakers won Game 1 with an 11 point margin. Game 2 was almost a replay, as it was also a double figure win for the Lakers. The key of the game is the recently awarded Most Valuable Player this season, Kobe Bryant. He was unstoppable all throughout the game, leaving the Jazz at a loss as to who should be his defender. |
