![]() Paraolympics: There is a great wheelchair basketball tournament in Beijing at the moment, but all i have to say about that will be the actual article that will be coming along sometime in the next week. Injuries: There are a number of injuries that were announced this week that have certain effects on the league - For instance, Raef Lafrentz of the trailBlazers will be undergoing serious shoulder surgery and will miss most of the season. In other injury news, Kobe will now not be having surgery on his pinkie finger. Whether this is a clever move or not will only become clear in time, but you cannot knock the fact that Kobe is committed, as he doesn't want to miss a minute of the Lakers season. Signings: There were also some signings in the league. Cleveland locked up Delonte West, Miami re-signed Chris Quinn (he had a highlight about two years ago if you need help remembering) and Denver finally re-signed J.R Smith (no, you read right Denver did something smart) Beasley: Finally, Micheal Beasley fired agent and his longtime advisor. Agent Joel Bell was apprently not providing enough endorsement deals, and Beasley has always parted ways with his advisor Curtis Malone, though no reason was given for this. Yeah i know...slow week, just keeping marking off the days on the calender yeah? Set as favorite Bookmark Comments
